SHIPPING POLICY
Once payments funds have fully cleared (typically 24-48 hours) we will ship the item. UK delivery is free with fully insured, trackable Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx.

Please note that if you are outside the UK, you are entirely responsible for all local taxes or customs duty and we shall not pay towards the cost of importing any items. We will always state the full value of the item on the customs form.
International delivery is by FedEx, DHL or other courier and charged at £45. Delivery times are 5-10 business days but may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control.
We do not send anything to the following countries: Russia or Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Myanmar.

At present we can also not send 9/14/18ct gold watches to India due to import restrictions.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
According to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can return a watch for any reason as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the watch, and return within 28 days as long as it is in unused condition.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure the item is securely packaged and fully insured. Please also use a trackable service to return and retain the proof of purchase.

Things do occasionally go wrong with vintage or pre-used watches. If you would prefer us to repair the watch and return it to you then this can usually be done, subject to parts availability. It might take several months for a good watchmaker to repair the watch Repairs would not cost anything if we are notified of the fault inside the warranty period.

If you are outside the UK you will have to fill in a Customs Declaration form.
Please write in the description field "wristwatch, return for repair/refund , no commercial value" and list the item value as £10. This is essential otherwise an import duty will be levied which you will be liable for (there is no way for us to reclaim this charge).

Please do not attempt to repair the problem yourself without our express permission, as this may invalidate any warranty.

The exclusions to the warranty include water ingress, damage, misuse and any issues relating to original straps or bracelets.
